How to Restore Backups
Database Restore
  1. Download the .sql backup file
  2. Go to phpMyAdmin (or your database manager)
  3. Select your database: u244763173_ugadate
  4. Click on "Import" tab
  5. Choose the .sql file and click "Go"
Uploads Restore
  1. Download the .zip backup file
  2. Extract the zip file on your computer
  3. Upload the contents to ../uploads/ folder
  4. Overwrite existing files if necessary
